Q. Why is shipping so expensive?
We take a lot of pride in the quality of our products. We use real wood for our signs and down inserts for our pillows The quality materials that we use make our products pretty heavy. Our shipping rates typically do not cover the full cost of shipping, which we try to keep as affordable as possible, while ensuring your product arrives safely.
Q. Why does production take a few weeks?
We create all our products from start to finish. When creating products from scratch, and especially designing custom products, it takes time to create quality products that will last. We try to create our products within 3 weeks and will notify you as soon as it ships!
Q. Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products please reach out at email@example.com, so we are can make it right. Classes are non-refundable, but if for some reason you are unable to attend a class you have registered for, you may apply the credit to future classes or products.
